Are you our next Quality Assurance Specialist in Södertälje?

Do you have a keen eye for quality and are driven to work in an environment where every detail counts? Right now, we at Randstad Life Sciences are looking for an engaged QA Specialist for an exciting consultancy assignment with one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical industry in Södertälje.

About the Role

As a QA Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring that production meets the highest requirements for safety and quality. You will work in a dynamic environment where you are expected to make decisions with integrity, drive continuous improvements, and act as a bridge between different departments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure that pharmaceutical manufacturing takes place in accordance with current GMP regulations.
• Handle quality deviations and conduct risk assessments.
• Collaborate with a broad network to meet the business needs.
• Participate in and drive improvement work and quality assurance processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, driven, and enjoys navigating complex organizations. You are a communicative team player who can prioritize your work even when the pace is high.

Requirements for the position:

• Education: Scientific university or college degree (minimum 4 years), e.g., Civil Engineer in Biotechnology/Chemistry or Pharmacist.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP.
• Language: Very good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Meritorious experience: It is a big plus if you have previously worked with manufacturing, quality control, authority inspections, or validation. If you have experience with LEAN or a strong interest in digital technology and system support, we view this very positively.
